Return & Refund Policy

Return shipping: customer-paid unless we made an error or a defect is confirmed
Kick off a return (2 minutes)
Email info@luckyarj.com with your Order #, the item(s) you’re returning, and a short reason. We’ll reply with steps and, if needed, an RMA plus the correct return address. Please don’t ship anything without authorization.
Pack it right
Use original packaging when you can. Include chargers, tools, freebies/bundled items, and put your order number inside the box for faster processing.
Exchanges
Need a different size/model? Ask for an exchange during the return window (subject to availability). We’ll point you to the fastest option.
Refund timing
After the return is delivered, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.
Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). Shipped orders must be returned under this policy.
Shipment hiccups (damaged/missing/wrong item)
Report within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging/product (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; disputes filed without notice can slow resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
