Shipping Policy

Effective: October 29, 2025

Where we deliver

United States only (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International shipping isn’t available yet.

Processing cadence

Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically begin processing the same day.

Estimated transit times (U.S.)

  • Standard: around 4–8 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: around 3–6 business days after dispatch
    These are estimates; carriers, weather, and peak seasons may add time.

Rates & promos

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. We occasionally offer free-shipping promotions—details will appear on product/cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking when a label is created; first scans may take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship separately—each box will have its own tracking number.

Address issues & returns to sender

Verify your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Damage or loss in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged—or appears lost—contact us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and a short description so we can act quickly.
