Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of terms

Using or purchasing from Luckyarj means you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your credentials safe; you’re responsible for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen method for product total, taxes, and shipping. We may cancel or limit orders due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud/abuse; cancelled orders are promptly refunded. We may correct obvious pricing/content mistakes—even after submission—by cancelling and refunding or by requesting your direction.

4) Shipping, title & risk of loss

See the Shipping Policy for options and timelines. Title and risk transfer to you when we hand the package to the carrier.

5) Returns & refunds

Handled under the Return & Refund Policy above.

6) User content (reviews, photos, Q&A)

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services. Don’t submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

7) Prohibited conduct

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials are owned by Luckyarj or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luckyarj will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updates.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by Washington State law, with exclusive venue in King County, Washington.
